How to make a claim

In the event of a medical emergency, assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Please tell them that you are covered under a Salt Travel Insurance Certificate and quote your Certificate Number and Period of Insurance.

You should not attempt to make your own arrangement without the prior agreement of CEGA Assistance who will be solely responsible for all decisions on the most practical and reasonable solution to any problem.
